Downtown Calgary with Laura and Albert!
I drove down to Calgary for Laura and Albert's engagement session. Calgary greeted me with a ridiculously crazy blizzard as a reached the city limits. I couldn't even see 15ft infront of my car! But I knew downtown was a dozen kilometres and a 20 minute drive away. If you know Calgary, you know that could mean the difference between a blizzard and blue skies.
And just as expected, the skies cleared and the sun was shining by the time I met up with Laura and Albert. haha, typical Calgary.
Stephen Ave was pretty quiet, but with the snow just stopped, people were starting to venture outside again.
I just loved the colours of the store, and the fact that they also stocked exact replica statues of Laura and Albert... LOL!
Like I said, blue skies.
Walking Stephen Ave is one of my most favourite things to do in Calgary.
Then we headed to the Peace Bridge...
...just in time to catch the amazing sunset! At that point, it got REALLY cold and windy so we packed it in.
What can I say? It turned out to be a fabulous, fun day! I can't wait until the wedding!
